About Us

We opened the doors to ZIDA in August of 2007 as one of the largest and most affordable fashion accessories stores in the Twin Cities.  Since that time, we’ve not only provided the latest trends in jewelry, handbags, and other fashion accessories, but have joined with others in our community to raise funds for so many worthy causes.  During a time in our nation’s history when a lot of retail stores have had to close their doors, we at ZIDA have learned to adapt to the ever changing environment we’re in and make the changes we’ve needed to keep our store competitive.  In January of 2011, we moved our location directly across the parking lot and reduced our square footage by almost 50%.  By being creative with our displays we were able to show our customers the same amount of merchandise in a smaller space.  Now, as we move toward 2012, ZIDA is taking an even more exciting step toward our future.

As many of our customers know, we both come from a background of home furnishings and design.  One of our greatest compliments is when our customers comment on our displays and even want to buy our display pieces.  Especially at Christmas!  Our ultimate goal for our store was to eventually move into home accessories, in addition to fashion accessories.  Well…the time is now.

Beginning in November of 2011, ZIDA started to carry various lines of home accessories as well as unique antique pieces.  Our store continues to carry the same great trends in fashion accessories and handbags combined with an amazing selection of home accessories.  Now…you may never want to leave!

We have always wanted ZIDA to be a place that you can walk into and just feel good by being there.  Women like to shop…not only to buy, but for the experience.  We want your experience to include unique selections, affordable prices, consistent quality, and a great group of people to work with you.
